Cancer Free Washington Book Tour: Cancer Prevention Questions
As we conclude our book tour through the Pacific Northwest, we reflect on the wonderful cancer prevention questions we were asked during our TV and radio interviews, and bookstore discussions. We are so thankful, and encouraged by, the response we received.
Our response in return, will be to address several of these questions in our blog entries over the next few weeks. We welcome additional questions, and will try to address as many of these as possible. Please send cancer prevention questions to authors@avoidcancernow.com.
We will begin tomorrow with perhaps the most important question we were asked. How do we find reliable information about cancer prevention?
Until then, take a little time to go outside. Why?
- A few moments outside, even on a cloudy day, can result in the absorption of cancer-fighting vitamin D
- Outdoor air, in general, is less polluted by carcinogens than indoor air
- Most outdoor activities entail some form of exercise
- Taking time to walk outside takes you away from the fridge!
